Fantastic posts Red! I only read the other place infrequently so missed Retrospect's post with fake news about a 1 for 20 reverse split! I've seen him post other lies though, well everyone who posts there posts lies of course.
Thanks for bringing him up as well as my other favorite villain, mr "I can do it in less than 1000 lines of code" tp. He may need more than 1000 lines of code to write an algorithm that will keep him out of trouble by wiping his posting history off the internet. A challenge for him to do that, as it is impossible given all the archiving done on the internet.
Always enjoy reading your episodes, the first one you posted late last night was epic, and took me quite a while to read through it, which is fine!
I do always wonder at the posters who post things that are easily searched on the web, or question things that the company has already put out a SEC document for, such as upcoming earnings announcements.
I don't know how many of these types call IR, but I would lose patience with some of them if they called and asked something that is easily researched and publicly available. Not that IR is going to give out non-public info anyway.
You are right about the ones who post "a PR is coming today or tomorrow". No way can they know that, and if they did that's insider knowledge as you say.
Well, here's hoping justice gets served to them.
A class action lawsuit against them might be fun just to see them squirm in court. Would like to see what some of these clowns really look like, since all they do is hide behind their keyboard. We do know a few that were dumb enough to posts photos of them, such as one sitting in a car he obviously borrowed from someone.
