Not sure who to believe. Lots of experts I trust for things they know better than me have chimed in. I’m naive. Not really concerned for my long view.
What I wonder about, is this move, at this time, in place, for really good news forthcoming, or really good financing forthcoming, or neither?
Is it positioning the required registrations in front of big news?
