It's only my older brother and I, and he has power of attorney. When I brought it up to him, he shot it down. His wife is a nurse and very overbearing to say the least. So he has her in his head.
I really wish I could get it, but it seems like it is one of those complex family things, where I might be fighting an uphill battle.
Frustrating.
