It is not immoral at all. It has nothing to do with morals. Immoral would be hoarding it for US only and denying the rest of the world if you had enough to go around. Announcing that you have something and that you will be ramping up production is normal. When they finally have a vaccine, should they not tell ANYONE until they have 100 million or a few billion doses?
