You can't inflate a stock price that doesn't trade. If I were the Company I would also wait until the stock trades again. You don't have to go to Georgetown to figure that out.
The facts do not support your squeaky clean with the SEC position. Suspensions of trading is a serious punishment, it punishes shareholders worse than the management. Will keep an open mind though
