Tap into the address bar and then press and hold f

Tap into the address bar and then press and hold for a second on the cursor. It’ll make a select/select all option appear. Then hit select all and it will automatically give you an option to copy. Then in your post hit return to get hour cursor below your text (or do I first, with way) and hold your finger down on the cursor for a second. It should pull up the options to paste it.
