I called both TD and the SEC about this matter:
TD sent me a letter on TD letterhead admitting to their shortcomings and stating the correct value of the my account should be the close as of 4PM on Thursday April 22nd at .275.
They also stated they couldn’t do anything about due to their trading program...I said BS you should have the power to manually override your system in these rare outlier situations.
SEC agreed with me and I’m pressing forward with correspondence thru their legal dept.
Meantime DECN:
