Back when I started buying shares in SFOR, fidelity would only let me buy 9,999, due to it being a penny stock. So I’d have to make several transactions. I finally called and had to give authorization that I understood it was in OTC prone to scams ect.. Then I was able to buy as many as I wanted. So it could possibly be a new investor
