unfortunately we all know all we read on the web is true or FAKE news but I might have to do a little more DD to find out for sure but according to the article both CEO;s were ousted due to a proxy fight with the biggest hedge fund partner....and they are now in the process of raising 350 Million in a public stock offering...that news came out today...…
