Yeah we don’t need to be handing shorts any ammo right now. They’ll have a field day with this, just by saying company is crooked and getting sued. Nobody need scratch beneath the surface for the truth. A lawsuit just looks plain ugly. Those who filed it are probably gonna take a short position themselves and hope to drive it down a buck.
