Lovely, so the awards/bonuses didn’t really mesh

Lovely, so the awards/bonuses didn’t really mesh well at the time, yet it does seem as if the company is working hard on all fronts. Not being a legal mind, I feel like while annoying this wouldn’t be a huge deal since it seems to more so target management and the board than the company itself. I mean any damages would be due to us too as shareholders right?
