I was never quite clear on the HC Wainwright conne

I was never quite clear on the HC Wainwright connection. The analyst asks questions on every conference call but many of the times seems to join the call late and asks questions that have already been covered. I did find that they had some involvement in earlier placements though. Perhaps that is why they follow us, a bit of a professional courtesy?
