I've said this before - while it's the MMs that control the trade, they don't give a rodent's posterior about whether the stock goes up or down. Someone is giving them orders; that's who needs to be convinced. But I have no idea how one finds out who that group is that is keeping this in the $.40s/.50s.

That PR today coupled with yesterday's PR should have had an effect on volume, if not pps. But nothing. No explanation comes to mind why that is - unless the news just isn't getting out to a majority of traders/investors. Maybe Joe should try a new PR news wire (are there many options?); so far, Globe Wire hasn't lit anything on fire.
