In my laymen’s terms (bc I’m a layman), it’s involved in allowing this Virus to attach and take over our immune system. The IL-6 cytokine we’ve been hearing about, while a very significant thing, isn’t as key to the Leronlimab effect, nor its action in the body, as Leronlimab’s ability to block Rantes/CCL5.
