4 weeks is what Dr.P was guessing last week for publication after finalizing the paper. FYI, the NEJM paper published last week that had the Leronlimab mention was done on studies between March 17 and April 1. Even if they had that one ready for submission on April 2 (no way), that was a 3 week turnaround. So this could go a couple of ways- attention on COVID and a potential breakthrough of this magnitude could accelerate the publication, or there could be so much in terms of response from a peer review that it pushes it out....just speculating based on one example here.
