It certainly seems most of the concerns that you have posted since I have watched ar validated. A suspension is a terrible thing to happen to an over the counter stock. When the trading opens up you will note even be able to see Bid and Ask prices.
I get the feeling that there is more than one company IR person that interacts. Every company needs a good IR person but putting out false hope taking advantage of the corona virus is pretty evil. It seems to me, upon reflection, that a Company should be able to back up what it promotes in press releases. A thorough investigation should be done, to either exonerate the Company or give those that might lose their entire investment here a pathway to litigate the damages they suffered.
It sure does appear to me that the Company had opportunity to satisfy the SEC requests. If this was legitimate you would think the SEC would not have suspended DECN so close to testing being done. t this point I don't even think it matters to the SEC whether the tests work as stated or not. It could be that the statements made could not be substantiated at the time they were made.
