My response to TD
“Thank you for your response. I thought you were going to continue both mobile apps. I like trading ease on the TDA trader app and the print size. However, what would that have to do with news flowing thru on that app? All other news for stocks show on the trader app.”
Their response
“With us drawing down the app there are certain items that do not flow to that app properly. “
Me
“Thank you. Again though, news should not matter which app you are using. For example, news on CYDY, another OTC stock has its news flow without incident. However GNBT hasn’t shown news since 3/12.”
Them
“We are not updating or supporting that app because we are drawing it down. That is the reason for the news to not flow through properly on that app. The developers are not going to ensure that new or any other information is flowing into the trader app properly at this time because we are not support it and these app are ran differently on the back end of our systems.”
Rather rude final response from them. Bottom line I got out of the final message is that both platforms are run on different back ends. Still doesn’t answer why 1 OTC stock (CYDY) updates news and another OTC stock (GNBT) does not.
