Actually not sure about "different concept of time"... I realize he has repeatedly given different timeslines for the BLA for example but on this call he explained why the timing basically changed on him... he had four reasons for 'pushback' as he called it.
But yes, some 'stupid' questions are annoying and consuming or wasting valuable time...
