I am sure these manipulative people are part of KB's plan which includes exposure. But the SEC in late March gave KB a list of 5 stock shorts and manipulators to identify. Certainly there are more, perhaps many more. The company will get all of these names, just wait.
But the biggest quandary that KB has, concerns the SEC contention that KB's statements about the company's technology. Who has appointed himself as THE expert about the company's technology? Who posts these things on three message boards in totally indignant fashion. Who wants the world to believe that he knows better -- always better and more. And who hates Mr. Berman so much that he would try to make himself the company's MAIN accuser.
