I dnt fully understand how otc is regulated ... Or what the rule is concerning material news. This is what I found and dnt know if it relates seeing how we are otc. I guess my question would be what is the rule concerning otc and material news . Also would Fridays press release cover them concerning any significant news released today during market hours via cc ?
