Welcome to the board. Yes, ihub is bad to do that. The second post should be within the rules, but they are admin is very aggressive when applying the rules to longs, yet allow shorts to post obvious bs.
And yes ihub cydy board is on topic, to some others complaining about it, since it drives a lot of otc stock volume and that board is being used in an attempt to manipulate the longs to sell; my guess would be someone with a large short position But discussing the intention of what is clear the poster is trying to do is off-topic on ihub.
