In response to my friend Bill’s post (miss working with you, don’t miss the office) –
What will be the first sign this stock will run?
A. High volume
B. OTCQB Uplisting
C. Contract announcement
D. Press release other than a contract
E. 10Q and 10K filings brought current
F. Other
To actually create a “run” it’s a combination of several of these. Here’s what I’m hoping the sequence will be shortly. Let’s call it the Hellcat scenario (with a manual transmission).
10Q and 10K filings brought current – this has happened before and not resulted in a run. Getting current AND showing revenue will start the engine.
Contract announcement – again, this has happened before with no run (India). However, if it’s a contract announcement for something with a huge future potential like signing with a big name for QDX HealthID or QDX Ledger, then QMC has disengaged the clutch and shifted from neutral into first.
Press release other than a contract – again, happened before and no run. But if it’s a press release that didn’t originate from QMC but from a big name (like Apple big), then the clutch is still disengaged but we’re revving the engine up near red line.
High volume – this and share price doubling on a daily basis, then my friends we’ve pushed the gas pedal to the floor and dumped the clutch. Enjoy the smell of burning rubber. We’ll blow through the first turn (OTCQB) before we hit third gear.
