If this gets to the oval office, do you really think Trump is going to want to hear sorry but your order of 50,000 vials will be filled after we fulfill the Chinese order for 100,000 vials. NO this covid-19 has to be licensed by the USA government for a 40 - 50 billion grant. Then the government can play the big dog handing it out to their allies or use it as leverage against the Chinese who had every opportunity to license it and blew it. What the chinese will do is license for HIV and change the use for COVID-19 when they need to.
