It's a SEC violation to state your product kills or tests for anything related to CV-19 with out FDA or EPA supporting documentation. Going back through the PCTL PR's and tweets as far as I can tell the company did not make any claim against CV-19 prior to 3/30/20.
PCTL did say since the CV-19 pandemic they have seen a increase in fluid sales. Some have said they were insinuating. I'm not a attorney, imo this does not mean they made a claim but just was saying business was increasing since the pandemic. I would assume if the SEC was going to suspend PCTL they would of by now.
One last thing,, the only thing the SEC can suspend a company for are false statements made by the company.
As shareholders we own part of the company. Shareholders are not employed by the company. The company can not control what a shareholder says about the company or anything else. I hope shareholders have the integrity to only state factual things though.
Have a very happy day and stay safe.
