In my humble opinion, DECN isn't the focus of this suspension, they are a victim. They are just collateral damage. The focus is on those that manipulated the stock in computer assisted trading of a previous lightly traded stock, and to a lesser degree the non-shareholders who incessantly complained to the SEC -- do you hear me Porkchop?

The company and its lawyers now have three jobs, first to make sure that the FDA processes stay on track with this new distraction, second to make sure that the SEC is mollified even though compared to the other large groups of suspended companies the problems they found with DECN, both of them, are minor. And finally to meet out justice to those that deserve it. The lying and twisting by non-shareholders has gone on way too long.
