Its' truly pathetic BBalls... I wonder if you just post something similar without responding to him or anyone it might remain. It's a great post to have out as it tells of truths and happenings many of us have witnessed... basically at least put your first sentence out there:
"I would not consider the KMAG financials showing growth in revenue and attorneys letters and the press release stating the intent of audited financials and filing of registration statements that have occurred in the last 5 months as "nothing"."
