You clearly either weren’t around for, or have forgotten, the PR for the conference call in December. It was “to provide an update on the company.” He announced the long awaited deal with Vyera.
No way he’d explain another delay on a call during market hours. We all saw yesterday that intraday news - even tangential! - immediately moves the share price. He’s not going to watch the share price tank in real time.
