Contrary to what has been said by some on IH, my quick research indicates that FINRA has the ability to halt trading in OTC stocks for situations where significant news is released during a trading day. So even though the CC is during Monday's trading day, it is possible that trading could be halted for NP to make an important announcement. While a premarket PR on Monday is more likely than a trading halt mid- day, either or both could happen
