My work required me to create/give a number of presentations. Presentations to the highest individuals in a Fortune 50 company. Presentations that we’re selling and or explaining related.
One thing that always struck me was that the highest level individuals focused on the content of the presentation, engaged discussion at the content of the presentation and we’re always gracious to the presenter. I’m fact, briefing inquiries in advance and following the discussion were always clear and concise and emailed from the executive. Typically, short, pointed, incomplete sentences and sometimes with sp. mistakes that even the execs TA didn’t care about. Most often constructed when most others were fast asleep.
Yep, spelling is important from an optic perspective and you know what, it was extremely important to English teachers and aged bureaucrats living in the past who couldn’t resist using the red pen.
Just sayin, if your invested in this company focus on the content. Especially now.
