There are roughly 78-79 million shares of Generex stock out there right now. If Generex tooK 10 million dollars from the 40-70 million in funds that are technically available to them, that would put outstanding shares around 100 million.
If taking that 10 million dollars in funding and using it to sell to the VA, which they know they can do with Excellegen and use the rest for the vaccine and others, wouldn’t they make sense?
If the revenues and such push the company back into a 200 million dollar company, PPS goes to 2.00. If revenue jumps it to 400 million, PPS goes to 4.00.
Joe stated Generex would be 250 million this year. Will 100 million shares outstanding, that still equates to 2.50 PPS.
So, why not take the funding they made a deal on already?
This could also get them closer to putting Generex on Nasdaq.
