So post-split the OS will be 6,884,632 and will round up to 7M. If ACS/CSI pays the promissory note of 9M:
Company Valuation 9M / 7M OS = $1.28
So if FD/Fiserv and few other deals start around MAY/JUN with monthly recurring REVs
OS round up to 10M:
Company Valuation 25M / 10M OS = $2.50 pps
Company Valuation 50M / 10M OS = $5 pps
Company Valuation 100M / 10M OS = $10 pps
Company Valuation 200M / 10M OS = $20 pps
Company Valuation 400M / 10M OS = $40 pps
