why all the complaining about lack of PR? Two weeks ago people were saying daily PR was bad now they are saying no PR is bad. It seems like no one can be happy. It's at the best point it can be right now, it's in 2 clinical trials just like everybody else. The only difference between cydy and gild is that the same thing that didn't get press from cydy moved the entire DOW when it came from gilead. Cytodyn is doing exactly what everyone else is. I don't blame them for not bothering anymore after that nonsense. It's clearly going to take hard documented results to convince the market so there's nothing to be done until then.

Plus, now that it's in clinical trials I'm sure they are under more scrutiny for what they're allowed to release by the FDA. Secondly, if you want to be all conspiratorial, if they are exploring buyouts there's probably a gag order put on them right now to avoid massive stock volatility.

The only legitimate complaint I see right now is in regards to the BLA. That's something that I agree needs to be addressed. It's absurd it's not out yet without a good reason and when he said 'it should be out next week' when asked about it in the recent interview I cringed. Don't say that if it's not true. Give a reason it's not done and get back to work.
