here is another OTC company that many P2O investors are
also invested in .. btw there was no 13F filed on this *target*
(if memory serves .. there was one Q that a 13F was filed
but it's been a while)
full disclosure i am invested in both OTC targets ..

curious to see the (2019) 10K's info .. re: holders
450 = 449 *certs* to individual investors and 1 *cert* to the crooks @ the DTC
note OTC Markets (serious snicker) .. doesn't *reveal* DTCs' *shares* ..
unlike other OTC targets that get *played* daily
how very non surprising re: those CEs .. one would think for all the *effort*
that goes into *delaying* RT l2 on PTOI by OTC Mkts and cohorts .. that
they would actually want that *data* displayed .. along with current input .. go figure
