No, I don't think today will be the day.
I figure another month and we'll hear about the Form 10 and the NGIO S1 filing, only because it appears the Form 10 acceptance is automatic.
I can't even place a guess on GNBT's S1, because it appears the SEC isn't working at all right now. Everything I've read says 30 days is the usual time for S1 approval, but we've had it out there for almost 2 months and nada.
Also can't guess on any virus related info - maybe the gov't will grant them some money, maybe they won't. And based on our SEC experience, why would anyone think this will be a quick response? Oh yeah, that lockdown thing, but so far, it sure hasn't sped up any response to GNBT.
I think the China deal probably has multitudes of NDAs associated with it, so we won't hear anything about progress there until it is all done - one way or the other.
But I agree with Zolis - it's coming...we just don't know when. And we still don't know what the market reaction to it will be.
