Devin Nunes' cow had a Twitter account. So did Boaty McBoatface, and so did Pizza Rat. Just because someone sets up an account doesn't mean it's actually that person writing it. (However, I understand that Pizza Rat was quite skilled at texting.)
That "5" at the end of the name is puzzling. That would be strange for a company to add that. It wouldn't be so strange for an impersonator to do that.
