Filing is one thing but then there is the announcing part. I am pretty sure it was in the Proactive Videos not the Superstock. So if no announcement this week then we could expect something Early next week. Remember they have 3-4 days to get the news out. If they file the announcement needs to be very correct. Now lets talk about what this could mean. 2-4 billion in sales starting in 6 months. That means an absolute minimum I think CYDY is a turd and wont give it any premium for any other indications stock price of $4.35 to $8.70 based on rough calculations. Anything above $3.50 is going to cause a short squeeze AND a possible NASDAQ listing. What if the stock goes to $10 and they offer 5 million shares. Listing requirement met with one days trading volume.
