I have to admit that I felt a bit sorry for her and her group. They where not mere bashers as they have done lots of DD. The lessons to learn where that once one locks in the science the rest is irrelevant and do not let personal feelings cloud one's judgement. It became personal at the end with Nader (for reasons that I don't understand) and he pulled a poker when all the money was on the table.
I would give an arm to see the measurements he obtained. This is the KEY to everything. I would even dare say that the immunological profiles he has should be enough for approval. We have the advantage of administering the drug and then to perform measurements at 0-3 and 7 days; the whole enchilada.
The paper should be a watershed. Once again, science will rule everything. Watching them talk one could feel the optimism and little overconfidence of one that knows something the others don't.
