Just another AE37 PR but no follow up, I guess we are waiting for funds to enroll the 2nd patient.
Look the bottomline Joe has miscalculated acquisitions and payable notes, he expected to be listed on Nasdaq last year . Some of the deals are backfiring now. The CMF fiasco (actually imo its CMP) is a direct result of the Olaregen deal. It appears the guy that filed form 13 was on their board?? Bottomline something went wrong and/or pissed or just business as usual. It appears we had no money and imo the reason for the 2/5, would like clarification if that dispute has been resolved ......and again no follow up.
Covid is a hot topic and a nice deflection ...........no funds, no S1 , no MRK funds for trial, no rev or estimates, no timeline, no updates, poor communication, inexperienced management imo, a carrot for Oct,the usual fluff PR's etc. I must say Joe did a great job to keep GNBT around but the execution of vision is another story. Time is not on our side, how much debt and litigation at this point? Trading at these levels, poor revenue and history of the company must be an issue for proper funding and possible S1 approval.
Its great to make assumptions without any news and maybe the "non public info" will make us rich or confirm some of our concerns !!
