"In January of 2020, Vaycaychella was acquired by a micro-cap public company quoted on OTC Markets. The purpose of the acquisition is intended to provide Vaycaychella access to the capital markets available to public companies. Vaycaychella intends to raise capital for 1. development of a peer to peer financing application fo fund clients’ vacation property projects and 2. to create a pool of investment capital for Vaycaychella to directly finance clients’ vacation property projects. The ticker symbol of the company that acquired Vaycaychella is “WSGF.” The company that acquired Vaycaychella is not current in its required reporting at this time (April 2020) and has a pre-existing business operation. The OTC Markets quoted company intends to update its required disclosures, dispose of its pre-existing business operations and change its name to reflect the new Vaycaychella business direction. In February, the CEO of Vaycaychella, Bill Justice, was appointed the CEO of the OTC Markets parent company."
