Yes, as these autopsies show, the pathophysiology of the infection is determined by those tissues that have significant amounts of ACE2 receptors that the virus uses to effect endocytosis: in vascular endothelia, renal and cardiovascular tissue, and epithelia of the small intestine.
Leronlimab unfortunately doesn't impact the ability of the coronavirus to enter a cell; but, it does reduce the extreme inflammation leading to ARDS and sepsis and also very importantly enables both the innate and adaptive immune system to hunt down and kill the virus wherever found via its ability to restore the immune system per se.
