Posted here in the hopes that no one will need this information, not even those few people who post here with many identities apiece.
EDIT: a multi-identity just posted, and was deleted, that he didn't want people getting life-saving information. I must amend my post above, to say that anyone who wants to deny other people help should fear karma, because he is deserving of getting what he is wishing on other people.
