or, reverse merge that private entity into SFOR- They owe SFOR $10m/$11m based on recent SEC filing ( 10Q, Sept 2019 ), SFOR has all its major deals through ACS, owns the patents & ...
CSI did some work in the recent past raising $650K that may make it a remote possibility.
When SFOR says, they took initial Steps Towards Up-Listing to Major Exchange, how else they will do it? They need revenue to sustain on exchange. If ACS/SFOR/CSI becomes one entity, going to exchange and sustaining there will be easy.
Not saying it is happening but who knows. Also, what's up with DSS?
We are left with some info with no clarity from the management as usual.
