Up until recently, I have rejected the urge to imagine a time in the not too distant future when we will have 5-10 approved indications, each of which having peak annual revenue of $10-20B.
For some reason, I am allowing myself that indulgence more and more.
If we are fortunate enough to be granted approvals, these number will begin to add up quickly.
Out of many stock positions I've held over the years, this one by far, has the most dramatic upside potential.
