Couple of questions I have.
1) The top of page 2 of the S1 “ The information in this prospectus is not complete and may be changed. These securities may not be sold until the registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission is effective. This prospectus is not an offer to sell and is not soliciting an offer to buy these securities in any jurisdiction where the offer or sale is not permitted.
PRELIMINARY PROSPECTUS SUBJECT TO COMPLETION DATED FEBRUARY 18, 2020”
Does this mean it was to be completed before the SEC will approve it or does it mean it is to be completed once the SEC approves it?
2) We were at 67M shares out for a long time after the div was paid. When/how did we get to 78.2M?
3) At this pps does the S1 approval really impact us in the near term? Will Joe issue shares at this price? I hope not.
Lastly, are we at the end of Q3. What are we expecting revs to be with the approval of Excellegen by the VAC?
