that *effort* (record setting *volume* done to garner interest out of another
crooked entity) would hold until November 2019's *set up* (also done to
garner interest .. and imo would have worked .. except of course .. unlike
April 2011's *range* .. November 2019's PPS range .. by NR .. was laughable)
