Every decision and word spoken by Kay, the board has gone nuts interpreting and pampering him and giving benefit of the doubt why he has never gotten any revenues from ACS, Gallagher, McAfee two army deal ( government shutdown, get paid in 3/6 month), never,never gave us any explanation of why no money was coming.
