Believe NP would want to do it.
But, I think it would happen tomorrow, if offered.
The long and large shareholders would take it.

The shareholders could continue to ride the upside
By retaining the stock of the acquiring company.
After years (6 for me) not taking 36x and or
Riding the upside is a tough investment decision
To pass up.
Speculation is exactly that. I don’t imagine a buyout
Anytime soon.
