Dr. Les Paull holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Linfield College, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Eastern New Mexico University, and a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in International Business from Walden University. Additionally, Dr. Les holds certificates in Petroleum Geology, Petroleum Finance, and Petroleum Engineering from the International Education and Development Department at the University of Oklahoma. He also holds coaching certificates from the U.S. Professional Teaching Association for Tennis and was honored as the U.S. National Junior College Tennis Coach of the Year. He holds U.S. patents for several of his inventions which are in commercial use in many parts of the world.
As an adjunct professor, Dr. Les taught Entrepreneurial Science at the University of Texas at Austin Graduate School of Business and Chemistry at Eastern NM University. As an assistant professor, he taught chemistry and math at the NM Military Institute while coaching both tennis and wrestling. Dr. Les is a frequent guest lecturer on entrepreneurship at many domestic and international seminars and conferences.
For the past 35 years, Dr. Les focused on mergers, acquisitions, and start-ups, having launched 10 of his own companies.
