Stargazer you are correct, but we went through the uplisting and lost it just last year.
In a real healthy stock that shows multiple Q's over a year or two of profit and still has evolving products with future demand and no supply issues, a RS due to a very high O/S would create shareholder value by limiting the number of shares avail. for trading (assuming the float isnt lower). And as sales continue to increase after a RS the demand for those limited number of shares increases which in turn PPS moves up.
BUT in SFOR's case we are nowhere near profitability (according to the latest filings), I have not seen any form of demand (no one here could even say how many units were sold over any given period of time) for the product, and to add insult to injury (swift RS kick to groan) the A/S after the RS makes me feel sick (unforgivably out of line).
With all that being said, I will still continue to watch and see if any good becomes of this mess. In other words I am still holding and will buy or sell based on facts moving forward, not Kay's promises of huge anything deals and phones ringing off the hook. Example: After the RS if Kay drops the A/S to 100Millionish from the 14B and there is no sign of dilution I will buy. But if the Q's dont start showing profit and the O/S starts to move North, I will move on or just try to flip. Kay continues to make money, so I will also try to make money.
As Kay discusses HUGE deals,he should understand that the only thing HUGE and inflated is the A/S.
I am not anti SFOR, I am looking for real written proof of progress within this company because the money I have put into this company over the past several years is real hard earned money (as all shareholders) that should be shown more respect. Remember, what has kept this company afloat are the shareholders, certainly NOT revs.
I TRULY AM HOPING THAT I WILL BE BUYING MORE SHARES BEFORE/AFTER THE RS. I HAVE POWDER. KAY MUST SHOW THE PROOF FIRST.
