Are any attorneys still here? I have a question

I have a question that crossed my mind.
Since we lost the SA case, which basically says claims about our OOB patents are not valid, which also means the same holds true for other companies as well. I understand that.
My question refers to the Entrust case, where it was settled because we were each infringing on each others patents.
Now that claims against our patents are not valid, does that mean we are now infringing on Entrust patents and could possibly be taken to court to pay them?
At this point with SFOR not having any money it is probably a mute point, but if we start bringing in lots of money, could Entrust bring a new lawsuit against us.
I thought our settlement with Entrust precluded any further legal action by either party, but now that claims against our patent are no longer valid, does that change anything with Entrust?
